We will reserve your desired location for seven (7) days.  We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of the total lodging amount due.  (Payments may be made by check or money order).

A Bed & Breakfast/Guest House differs from a motel in that reservations are normally made several weeks in advance.   Last minute bookings are rare.  Therefore, a fourteen-(14) day notice is required for deposit return unless your cancelled guesthouse/suite is re-booked.  We will make every attempt to re-book your location.  However, any guesthouse/suite not re-booked will be charged the full room rate. 

All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 handling fee, regardless.
