The Nevels House consists of two romantic suites, the Bluebonnet Suite and the Rose Suite, each with its own private entrance, sitting room, kitchen and bath. The Nevels House was built in 1902 by the children of first settlers of Fredericksburg and has been restored with loving detail and furnished with several pieces of period furniture. Each Bedroom Suite has a hand made queen size bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. (Each suite can sleep up to four "friendly" people). If you prefer, the center doors can be unlocked to easily turn this house into a two-bedroom accommodation, which will sleep two couples or up to eight "friendly people" in the two beds and two sleeper sofas.

The Bluebonnet Suite has three large private rooms: a romantic bedroom, kitchen and sunny sitting room with a sofa that converts into a queen size sleeper if needed.  There is also a private bath with a large walk-in shower.  Additional amenities include central heat and air, microwave, refrigerator and a self-catered breakfast including pastries from our own local German Bakeries for you to enjoy at your leisure.

The Rose Suite, is identical in size to the Bluebonnet Suite but has it's own unique decoration.  It also consists of three large private rooms: a romantic bedroom, kitchen and sunny sitting room with a sofa that converts into a queen size sleeper if needed. There is also a private bath with an antique claw foot tub with shower.  Additional amenities include central heat and air, microwave, refrigerator and a self-catered breakfast including pastries from our own German Bakeries for you to enjoy at your leisure.
